This is totally gorgeous, and if it brought you some rain, is as good as it is beautiful.

Christopher, would it interfere with the art-impact of your photos if you told us the size of the blossoms in your flower photos? Not in the original post, but somewhere in the comments? Right now I'm curious about how large the walking iris flower and and the buttercup tree flower are in real life~

I'll do a size chart for you after work today.

Starting at the top and going down.

The Walking Iris is about the size of a small plum when fresh, the petals begin to droop as the day goes on. It is a two day flower.

The Clitoria or Butterfly Pea is the size of a half dollar, not that we see those any more.

The Torch Ginger, imagine Queen Elizabeth doing the royal wave. Fingers raised and held close together, the thumb held inward touching the index finger. It is the size of her hand doing the wave.

The African Iris is the size of a big plum.

The Buttercup Tree blossom is the size of a medium Washington Navel Orange.

The Purple Mandevilla is the size of a small orange.

The actual flower on the Jatropha is tiny, maybe the size of two grains of rice together.

Instead of inches - intimations.
It gives me goosebumps when you speak about the flowers you love.

Thank you from Annie
