What is the bird (I assume) you hear throughout the background? Its call greatly interested my dog, who has never shown much notice of the computer audio before!
After a little searching because we have three species of Doves here and I wanted to be sure, the background cooing through the whole video in a series of about four beats is the Zebra Dove, Geopelia striata from Asia originally.
The much louder call in the beginning which was probably what caught your dog's attention is the Gray Francolin, Francolinus pondicerianus. They are like a big loud Quail and mostly a ground bird.
