What Do You See?

I started playing with this image again this evening.

Maybe I should not wander into the garden right before sunset.

I start seeing things

That may not really be there

Heavens to Betsy.

Okay, this is a perfectly reasonable post, but *I* have to explain smelling a skunk? :)

(I love this post, btw.)

Hooray QueenTiLeafa for commenting. See how easy that was. Now be careful you don't get sucked into cyberspace too.

For us Hawaii folks skunk is an unknown and you're in the big city. It could have been a big city meaning of something.

If you had added "outside my window" to "I smell skunk" I might have let it go.

Well, I just had to stop by, say hello - and say that if I was a bit closer to your garden, that I'd make you a martini and we could toast to global warming and strawmen!

Hi Pam

I had to make ammends for my previous channeling of Steven Colbert when Jon appeared. I think I am done with him now?

It has been very warm here today. I think we are having a massive solar flare. The clouds look good for a nice sunset. If its a keeper I'll post a sunset shot for a bicoastal toast to burning strawmen.

Geez. It just drives me nuts. Hubris, with a slathering of hubris indeed! I should respond, like really, really respond - but unfortunately I'm too busy at work this week. Maybe another time.

It is very easy to think interacting with Jon is no better than pissing into the wind and just as messy so why bother. Then I reminded myself that a big reason why we have let this mess go on for the last six years is because no one would stand up the the rightwing noise machine and call them on their crap.

At the very least Jon's blather will not stand unchallenged to the lurking reader. It does require time and effort and sometimes you don't have that to give.
