Not a Cloud in the Sky

On the way home late this afternoon. The next left is my neighborhood. Haleakala is completely exposed. This hill is just shy of 10,000 feet in elevation.

This arrow points to the way off.

A bit later that evening, my slice of the sky opted for a simple blended color spectrum.

Meanwhile, we're having frost in San Francisco. Not so much in my garden because everything is sheltered, but I do have to move all my seedlings back into the garage at night. They spend their days outside 'hardening off'. I want sunshine. Waaaaahhhh..!!!

Aren't you and the BF planning a trip to Hawaii soon?

We have been very clear. The cool is nice but absent during the day and not a drop of rain for me since the storm.

I want rain Waaaaaahhhhhh!!!!

It seems the PNW has taken all the Express out of our Pineapple.

We're not going to HI until summer. Sigh. I can't wait to snorkel with the fishies, and lay on the beach and drink our gay little rum drinks.

I have a vague recollection that someone is making a limited edition Rum on Maui that took two trips to the store by my friend Ani to get. Someone on the mainland had put in an order and she had to wait for it to come in to take back home.

Beautiful sky... I want sun, too. But I won't give up my four seasons and winter rest to get it!
