White and Gold
I was getting just a little weirded out since I kept capturing some UFO in each of these Slices of the Sky shots. I checked the camera and look at other pictures from the same day and no spots or UFO's.
White
And the Spot/UFO keeps showing up in a different location. I do look out over a pretty busy flight path, but I can see the planes with the naked eye and there were not any out there when I was taking these shots.
Gold
After Gold I waited to see if I might get Orange. I saw quite a few birds fly across the sky while I waited. I did not see any Spots, Planes or UFO's.

I never would've thought a white scene could be found in nature in the tropics -- I thought we would only find it up north, with all the blizzards we get in the wintertime. And your gold seascape is a much truer shade of gold than the blend of yellow with orange that I've usually seen in nature.
The White scene was a bit unexpected. Then it turned to the Gold over five to ten minutes. It is really quite amazing, magical, all the colors in the sky when you start paying attention.
I think it helps that I have cleaner air with less grey particulate matter to muddy the colors.
